October 2006

Meredith enjoyed her 1st Halloween, even though she didn't even make it out the front door. We went to a neighborhood Halloween party and that wore her out, she just didn't have it in her to go trick or treating. But she did hand out some candy!

I have to wear this thing again!?
Look at me crawl!

Meredith went to her first Birthday party for our neighbor Annabelle who turned 3 on Saturday. It was a costume party of course so all the kids got to try out their Halloween duds a few days early. Cooper (the cow) is 5 weeks younger than Meredith and he is Annabelles brother, they live right across the street!

Grandpa Jim and Grandma Karan sent me a special hat and coat from their trip to Maine! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
It's getting colder, time for hats!
Yes Mom, I do think you need one of everything!
Meredith is done with sitting down, all she wants to do is stand up. Even in the tub.
Yeah, I did it!
Look at my teeth!
Despite not feeling very well, we made it to the park for some swing time. Meredith loves to swing and play with all the dogs at Camelsback Park.

Ryder, Morgan and Meredith got to stay up extra late on Friday night. The big kids got to watch Nemo, while Meredith wondered when she gets to sit on the couch and cuddle!

Grandpa Jim and Grandma Karan came to visit this weekend and we ventured out to the Hidden Springs Harvest Festival. Nothing better than pumpkins, sunshine and beer! Meredith wasn't too sure about the pumpkins and first, then she warmed up to them! We can't believe that 8 months have passed since she was born. Jesse and I are both completely in love with our little cutie...

Meredith is trying her hardest to skip crawling and go straight to walking. We finally painted her new room, can you spot her?

Not quite crawling yet, but rolling all over the place!

Here is Meredith showing off her muscles to Grandma Dana.
