May 2014

I always forget how busy we get in the month of Many!
Delaney got to have lunch with Meredith, practice for next year (I can't even bring myself to think about packing two lunches).
Mothers Day brunch.  Complete with amazing balloon lady who made Anna and Elsa.

Followed by Logans Frozen birthday party
Jesse took the girls to McCall while Meredith and I stayed in Boise.  SO much fun to have just my big girl at home.  She got to catch up with her old buddy Addison.
Merediths teacher is due with her second baby the last day of school.  We managed to throw her a little shower before she heads to the hospital.  The kids were totally in to all the games.
 Hiding!  It was a surprise
 Super cute Mrs. Everson
Guess the size of her belly game - big hit.

 Still doing swim lessons together
Annual adults only Vegas trip.  There really are no words that can explain...

While we were away, KK whipped up an Elsa costume.  No big deal.
We had a great homecoming show!

Last Days at Wesleyan

Big week around here.  We wrapped up the Wesleyan school  year with a little party in Quinns classroom then Delaneys big graduation ceremony *sniff sniff*
We've spent a lot of time at this snack table over the years.
After school we hit the botanical gardens where the girls played with a snake one of the gardeners had found.  Hours of entertainment.
Delaney has been in the Dragonfly classroom for 2 years now.  Meredith, 2 years before her and Quinn has one year left.  Whew.  The graduations never fail to get me weepy.  They grow so much in those 2 years!

These two...inseparable.  Next year might be interesting.
Big girl ready for Kindergarten.  SO excited to go to Roosevelt.
Super special friend Eli and Delaney on our last day of carpooling.
Bittersweet as I will surely miss my morning chats with Sara.

Wrapping up April....and a little of May

The weather is getting nicer and the kids are getting restless.  Must be spring!  I helped the Dragonfly teachers wrangle these cute kids to Goodys for a tour last week.  Hard to believe they are headed for Kindergarten!
Charlotte and Delaney together of course.
Someone got a hold of my phone in the car it seems.
Our friend Mike got a new Razor for McCall. The kids are in love.
They were pouting that they were bored.  At a park.  On a lake. What?

Checked the Riggins Rodeo off our bucket list.  Holy hell that was a debacle.  I would love to know how many people ended up with DUIs and in jail that night.  No kids next time!  I think I had my hands over their ears most of the afternoon...some serious rednecking going on.
But the rodeo itself was great!

Merediths First Communion

Meredith received her First Communion at Our Lady of the Rosary on April 27th.  She did a fantastic job after months and months of preparation.  We had a big celebration at our house after Mass.  Special guests included Aunt Kortney, Jeff, Nana, Papa Mike and Jeff's parents Denise and Rod who traveled from Yakima to meet our family!
