2nd Grader!

The big day finally arrived!  Meredith loves schools.  I mean LOVES.  Basically she's been counting down the days until August 27th.  School starts early here in Boise which is fine...we all need a break from each other I think!  We sure will miss Meredith though...especially me, she is my voice of reason most days!  Off to Mrs. Eversons 2nd grade classroom
(which I can see into from my kitchen window, lucky me!).
Nice to hear the school bell ringing again!

Had to take a picture of these hooligans.  They've all been together since pre-school.

August

Way way behind in blogging here.  Seems to be a trend!  I might need to switch to Wordpress...we'll see if I ever get around to that.  In the meantime, here is what happened in August.
I forgot my nice camera, and got a new phone and lost all the pictures from Delaneys birthday.  It kind of makes me sick to my stomach - she had such a fun birthday in McCall with family and friends.  So here is what went down...

Okay so blogger is giving me fits and I'm too tired to fix the order.  Here is us back in Boise for a few days!  A trip to the vet was thrilling to the girls.
Now back to McCall for the week.  Haircut time!

I just love this picture!  Meredith was having a treat with Uncle Scott and Aunt Stacy
Meanwhile we had whoopie pies on the beach
Boatload of kids after a movie at Shore Lodge
Couldn't resist.  Delaney sleeps HARD after a day on the lake.
So fun to have Scott and Stacy visit
We celebrate my birthday with the Bryans.  Erin made her famous chocolate cake!
Meredith got to ride with Scott and Stacy.  She loves mountain biking.
Thinking she might not be a team sport kind of gal!  I would want a little alone time too, she gets harrassed by her sisters most of the time.

Back in Boise at the zoo...
I don't even know what to do with this kid most days...she's 3 going on 32.
We had a lovely birthday celebration for Lamby.  All her friends came.  Even baby jaguar!
My most hated place...the fair.  I don't think I can do it again.  Seems like a good 'Dad' activity.
They rode a camel (?).
 Petted some goats
 Rode a coaster...
All three did a bungee jump thingy and it was hilarious.  Sadly blogger doesn't want me to share those pictures.  Stay tuned!
