March 2010 - Week 4

A weekend in Boise, no fun pictures to share.  Still here, still pregnant!   Basically we are laying low.  It's spring break so no school, no classes and I've thrown in the towel so to speak at the gym.  The waiting game has begun!  Holding out for April.

My friend Shauna and I at her shower, she is due the end of May.  I think I need more sleep...

March 2010 - Week 3

Another sunny weekend in McCall!  My Dr. was a bit hesitant to give us the green light on traveling to McCall, but we made the trip anyway.  We knew it would be our last weekend to ski so we went for it.  The Kearneys joined us and the kids had a great time.  I hadn't seen Meredith ski since her first time back in December, what a difference!

Ready to go!
The pink brigade, Meredith, Taylor, Morgan, Audrey and Delaney.
We even got Delaney on skis for the first time.  She was soooo excited to ski like a big girl.
Ryan, Morgan, Jesse and Meredith!
On Sat. afternoon I started to feel a bit funny and was having way too many contractions at regular intervals to feel comfortable staying in McCall.  So, we threw our stuff in the car and headed home, just to be safe.  I have kids so quickly, there is no messing around!  We hated ditching the Kearneys but it was probably for the best.  Even though I KNEW I was NOT going to be having a baby this weekend...

Sunday pre-Zag game smiles.
Meredith and I were fooling around with the Moby Wrap (thanks Sara!).  I had to watch videos on youtube to figure this thing out.  Meredith wants one for her baby dolls.

March 2010 - Week 2

We were in McCall this weekend and sadly I forgot the camera.  You would have seen some pictures of Meredith and Jesse skiing and me wiping Delaneys nose all weekend.  It's nice and warm up there, I think we can squeeze one more ski weekend in before baby.  We'll see what the Dr. says on Thursday.  Right now I'm 1cm dilated and at Station 1 (head is looooow).  But I've walked around like this for 2 weeks with both the other girls.  Holding out for April!

Meredith wanted me to take a picture this morning for some reason.  She was a princess at breakfast.  Speaking of breakfast, there is still some on Delaneys face.
Ta-da, nursery number #3.  I finally got my turquoise room.  Some may find it too bright and obnoxious but I love it in the natural light.  My crafty Mom made all the accessories for the room, including the crib bumper.
My favorite windows in the house.  Just waiting for our blackout shades to arrive!  I gotta get this kid to sleep as soon as possible.
Normally I would have my soft glider in here, but this darn rocking chair won't fit through our doorways unless we unhinge the doors.  Glider will be in our room for a while I think, thankfully it matches every room!
Meredith helping me out.  The built -in 'desk' makes a handy changing table!
Basket liners and big 'poof' all thanks to Grandma KK!
I have a few more things to hang on the walls and we will be set!

March - Week 1

Ahhh, it was nice to be in Boise without having the flu!  We also had some nice weather which was great, we managed to get to my favorite nursery and look around.   The girls spent Friday night across the street at the Grandparents while Jesse and I attended a benefit dinner.  We got the nursery painted and some artwork hung on the walls (getting there!).  And we even managed to get to mass on Sunday morning!  We tried out Our Lady of the Rosary in SE Boise, but decided we much prefer the old school Cathedral downtown.  Although the cushy pews DO make mass much more enjoyable!

Two pipsqueaks
The girls trying to get a few bites of dessert out of Dad
35 weeks!  When will this baby arrive?
Heading out to spend the night at Grammie and Papas!
Delaney likes to pretend she is a kitty cat.
She also really loves Life cereal.
A rare moment of peace!

February - Week ?

We have been on the go for so long now that I was so excited to have a weekend at home in Boise to get some thing done around the house.  Alas the best laid plans...both Jesse and I got the flu.  It was miserable.  Thankfully I felt fine on Saturday and was able to handle the kids, and Jesse felt a bit better on Sunday.  I'm hoping this is the end of the Hamiltons run of illness!  Needless to say, I don't have any pictures from the weekend (lucky you!).

Be watching for updates on the following (totally exciting, I know):
  • New backyard plans!
  • Nursery pictures - maybe it will be done on time?
  • Me looking freakishly large!
I'm also willing spring to arrive by making my annual Saltwater Sandal purchase.  With 3 little girls I may just need to buy stock in the company.  I only remember getting to wear white or navy, they make so many fun colors now!
