Loving Fall - October 2012 - Week 2

We always love when a big box arrives in the mail.  Thanks KK for the new Halloween stuff, we had pumpkin pancakes and bacon for lunch.  Delaney thought it was hilarious, even
better than breakfast for dinner!
Later on the way to McCall...
And God forbid they sleep all at the same time, this one entertained us on our drive.
We ignored the clouds and ventured up for one last wood cutting session.  Dylan and Stacy were nice enough to help out.  Kind of like a WOD?
It was raining so we had a picnic in the back of Dylans work car.
The girls were super interested in the wound vacs back there and can't wait to be pharma reps.
I think we're ready for winter!

New Normal?

Geez, I can't seem to get my sh&^ together and get a blog post done!  Our days have been flying by in a whirlwind of school, gymnastics, playdates and what seems like a lot of driving and doling out of snacks.  We're living the life!

Guess what I found at a yard sale?  Amazingly no injuries yet.
We've had some great days at the Botanical Gardens with friends.

And some fun nights checking out the new field by our house where the highschool teams play football.  I was told after I dumped my adult beverage that we can bring in our own drinks.  Winning!
I was a bit traumatized imagining this crew in about 10 years.
And this crew I remember 10 years ago, all engaged or newly married!
Nice blurry iphone pic.  Beesons and Andersons.
Finn and Delaney
Quinn with her 8th sugar bomb of the night.
Delaney, Liam, Fisher and Meredith
Such nice, polite kids.  I hope it lasts!
Dad and Delaney
Our favorite spot for fall activities is the Botanical Gardens Harvest Festival.  Beautiful weather this year and Papa and Grammy joined the fun.
Delaney painting pumpkins with Ryder.
Payton and Meredith doing the same.
Quinn was a little aggressive so Papa had to help.

Packing a baby and a bottle (of wine).  Thats my girl!
My resolution to be in more pictures with the kids isn't really working out so well.

The Rest of September

Long overdue post - we've been busy!  Actually we've just been doing normal stuff so I haven't picked up my camera in a while.  The big camera anyway - so here are some trusty iphone pictures.

Recently we..

went to a couple BSU games with friends and got to sit in the helmet
we ate on the grass and cheered for BSU
Meredith brought her sisters for 'share' which was HI-larious.
Quinn is quite the perfomer come to find out.  She especially likes to call her mom a "PooPoo Face" in front of large crowds.  1st graders find that super funny.  Thankfully there was a sub that day.
KK and Papa Jim came to visit and got to watch soccer practice, gymnastics etc...and the kids while Jesse and I got to go to the Shakespeare Festival and the Botanical Gardens.  Thanks Mom and Dad!
we learned how to make a cookie pie

we took our first trip to Emmett to pick apples and see where Jesse Pinkman used to hang out

Charlotte and Thomas and Erin came with us

we left behind a lot of half eaten apples

Only in Idaho.  Just leave your money in the mailbox, nbd.
we also helped out a GREAT CAUSE.  The kids had a bake sale at the yard sale we put together to benefit the BTF.  They were so excited and so cute.
Celeb sighting - Summer Elise!  A celeb in our house at least.
