May 2010 - Week 4

May is almost gone, I can't believe it!  We took these pictures the other day while we were playing 'house'.  Meredith wanted me to get some pictures of her baby 'Bitty' and my baby Quinn.
Quinn in Bittys bed!

The famed Nap Nanny.   If only I had this thing 5 years ago.  Quinn has slept through the night the last 3 days.  Fingers crossed. *Note - the towl is for the spit up.  I joke with Jesse that I'm going to put backpack straps on this thing and take it with me everywhere I go.
Uncle Scott and Stacy came to visit us in McCall.  It was too bad the weather was crappy.  But we managed to have some fun anyway!
My girls looooove their Uncle "Cotty" and Stacy too!
We tried to go feed the fish, but they aren't out yet.  So we opted for actual fishing.  It was freezing on the lake!
The girls quickly opted for swinging.  Keep trying Jesse!
Our broken dock.  We think the guys that set up the docks each year at the condos next door ran out of pins so they pulled ours and used them!  It's a mystery...good thing we didn't haul the boat up.
Quinn found a new friend at the cabin.  She loves to chat with stuffed animals.
Our friends the Costellos came over for dinner on Saturday night.  Their daughter Paige and Quinn are 2 days apart.  Amy and I were supposed to be induced on the same day/same time but I got bumped.  I guess being a Dr.'s wife has it's perks ;)
Pete and Meredith having fun on half the dock.
Waiting for their smores.
Still pretty even when it's cold!
Delaney was there too, eating treats of course.  Earlier in the day her ear started draining blood.  I think she has had an infection for a long time and we just didn't know it.  Poor thing!  Thanks to our family Dr. and the nice RiteAid pharmacist in McCall we got her some meds right away.  She also slept in the bottom bunk for the first time.  It took some doing but she did it!

May 2010 - Week 3

Here are pictures from the Ballet Idaho end of the year dance program.  KK came to watch Meredith (and to help out while Jesse was out of town on business!).  Thanks a million Mom!

Whew - where are the days and weeks going?!  Here is a video of Merediths big ballet performace at Ballet Idaho.  This was their end of the year show.  The girls performed in front of a big audience last Saturday and then they got to perform for their parents today. Basically just another chance to wear their tutus!

May 2010 - Week 2

I'm so behind on blogging!  We've had nonstop company the last few weeks and lots of other activities going on as well.  I just haven't had time to get these pictures posted.  So I'll play some catch up here...

I don't think I'll ever get a picture with everyone happy.  At least they all match!
We are determined to still ride our bikes everywhere this summer.  Here is our circus train.
I pull Meredith...
Jesse pulls the little ones.  And if need be we can hook the Chariot onto the Tagalong.  Not sure I can pull everyone but we'll try it one of these days.
KK and Papa Jim came for a visit!
KK brought the girls some cute outfits back from China.  I spy a Halloween costume...
I little sunny out for taking pics
Yesterday we celebrated Danas big graduation from BSU.  We ended the day with a BBQ across the street at Papa Gene and Grammy Danas.  Cousin Mae was there too!
A girl after my own heart.  She was sucking the salt off the chips and putting them back in the bag.
I really don't think we'll ever take a picture without someone having their eyes closed or someone crying.
All the fun toys come out in the summer!
Meredith loves her baby sister
Quinn - 5 weeks old!  She almost slept through the night last night...
Aunt Kortney and Uncle Chris came for the celebration and to meet Quinn!
Congrats Dana!
Danas mom Lori came to visit as well.
After eating the huge blue frosting flower off the cake.
Delaney got the orange one.

Mugshot

I can't stop laughing at this picture.  It was taken at school a couple months ago, we think it looks like a mugshot.  Meredith got bonked in the face and got a black eye from tough guy Wendell McBride.
Merediths teachers provided us with all the photos they have taken of her throughout the school year.  There are some priceless pictures that we'll have to save for when the kids are 16 and need to be embarassed!
I love this one of Meredith and her friends.  Addison is right behind Meredith, they are BFFs.  You can check out all the photos HERE.

Wesleyan Music Program

Meredith has been taking a music class all year at preschool.  They had their end of the year program today.  It was hilarious, mostly because the little boys were super funny.  I took a little bit of video before my batteries ran out.  Here you go!

April 2010 - Week 4

It's hard to believe that 3 weeks have gone by since Quinn joined the family. What a whirlwind!  This weekend we welcomed Nana and Papa Mike who came to meet Quinn.  I don't think I'll ever get a decent picture of the girls, Delaney was in the middle of one of her 'moments'.
Jesses Uncle Phil and Aunt Andy were also in town.  Phil and Andy are going to be grandparents here any day, they got in some good practice holding Quinn.
Planting sunflowers with Nana in a brief moment of good weather.
Raspberry fingers.
Papa Mike was the official baby holder.
Delaney looks a little rough around the edges by the end of the day.   I guess someone is always a bit neglected these days, I need to remember to give her snacks so she doesn't have to eat bark.
Quinn - 3 weeks old.  Don't let this sweet face fool you, she can projectile vomit like you wouldn't believe.  I have never done so much laundry, thank goodness we have 2 sets of washers and dryers!
Nana and Aunt Paula made Quinn some TP Toes for her Baptism (I gotta get on that).
Thanks Jen and Dan for the Incredible Edibles!  The kids LOVED eating fruit on a stick.
