Really I have no excuses. I've just been lazy, and my computer is dying. I haven't taken hardly any pictures. Maybe because Boise is just plain ugly this time of year? There have been some highlights after returning home from sunny Hawaii. Meredith turned 7!
Lucky for me the grocery store is right on the way home from the gym. I didn't forget birthday breakfast doughnuts for the 7 year old. Her favorite present was her ipod from KK and Papa Jim and a new bike with gears!
Everyone loves a birthday at our house.
It took no less than three stops to find helium in this town. Did anyone else know about the helium shortage? Anyway, finally found some balloons. Most expensive balloons ever. Quinn insisted on holding them on the way to bring Meredith treats in her classroom.

We hosted a little going away party for a classmate of Merediths. It happened to fall on her birthday, bonus for everyone! All the 1st grade girls came over...
And then a few days later Meredith had FIFTEEN friends come to Gem State to celebrate.
They all thought that was a great idea!
Meredith wanted huge cookies instead of a cake. Remind me not to stay out until 1am the night before a birthday party ever again! The writting on those cookies is a little shakey.

Delaney is a hit at any party. Any time I walk into Merediths classroom all I hear is 'where's Delaney, where's Delaney'. That is going to annoy the crap out of Meredith for years to come!
