One Last Wesleyan Graduation

Our last Wesleyan graduation!  I admit I had a tough time on the last day.  Drop off was a little rough (some tears) but then I pulled myself together.  It's been a great 7 years at Wesleyan, couldn't have asked for a better preschool experience.  Now it's time to move on, sniff sniff.

Quinn and Hudson are so ready for the runway.

 Howling...
 Strutting...
 Graduating...
She is so ready to rule Kindergarten.  She knows every kid at Roosevelt already, I have no doubt she will be just fine!
She really got into her "Three Little Pigs" act

More May

Our busy month started off with a horrible sinus infection for mom and lots of ballet for Meredith.  End of the year academy performances were held last weekend.  These goofy girls did a great job!
One sister was not so thrilled.
Merediths cheering section.  Good thing Papa Jim wasn't there, he never would have fit in the seats at Boise High.
Meredith did a great job!  Proud of her for sticking through all year.  I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad that she wants to continue.  Time to find a carpool buddy!
KK, Grammy Dana and I got to play some golf on Mothers Day.
What a treat!
Back at the ranch the girls decorated the Pixie Dust Apartment and got it all spruced up for the season.
Me and Quinn walking to Whole Foods for a immunity booster juice fix. Anything to kick this nasty cold!
We found some pretty poppies on the way.

May Madness Begins

It's the beginning of the end (of school) and officially field trip season.  I can't decide if I love them or hate them.  We made our annual (and our last!) trip to Goodys to see how they make ice cream.  The preschoolers loved it of course.  Ice cream for breakfast!
Quinn and her buddy Ruby on their 4th round of sprinkles
 We will miss teacher Patti!
Springtime means chicks in the Kindergarten classroom.  Day 21 rolled around and still no chicks.  We checked on them A LOT.
Finally - three arrived and Jesse was thrilled to learn that I volunteered us to keep them over the weekend.
One day old chicks love to read.  This one is named Grape.
Things got a little dicey when the heat lamp kicked in.  Found this guy sucking wind at 3am in 101 degree heat.  Sorry buddy.  They all lived to see another day and get manhandled by every kid at Roosevelt.
