Somehow it's October

We are loving the really really warm fall we are having here in Idaho.
Actually, I would like to put my shorts away, but that's another story.  We've been having a great time now that we are settled into our 'routine'.
We had a fun visit from KK and Papa Jim last week.  A few days in Boise and a few days in McCall...
We always like to visit the McCall Oktoberfest celebration.  It's great people watching and the kids have a good  time too.  And beer.

Straight home from McCall to the Harvestfest at the Botanical Gardens.
By far our favorite fall activity.  All the typical kids stuff but wine/beer/music!

Speaking of wine.  My monthly shipment or wine for the upcoming Ben Towne event?  Hard to tell.
Randomly Meredith was paired with a pen pal at another school who happens to be one of her oldest friends.  #smalltownliving
First bus ride for Delaney to the pumpkin patch!
Dragonfly preschool buddies Lucia and Lucy are kindergartners with Delaney at Roosevelt.
Jesse is off being manly in the woods hunting elk so I had to keep the kids busy.  We had a really fun time at the BSU womens volleyball game.
Meredith asked where the sand was...hmmmm, maybe too much time spent on the beach this summer.
These two.  They think they are something else.

 Growing up!
After a quick stop at the park, then home for dinner we headed to the zoo for some spooky fun.

Hard to see but a huge storm blew in really fast and there were a million leaves flying around.  Kids loved it.
 Always fun at zoo Boise.
