Only a month behind...sigh. Things got busy around here, what with not once single kid napping anymore. Let's just say the days are loooong. We wrapped up a GREAT year at Roosevelt in May. We are so lucky to have Papa Gene escort Meredith to school everyday. Saves me from showing up in my pjs and leaving 2 sleepings kids at home alone!
As usual the kids end of year field day was rainy. Not only was it rainy but it was COLD. The 1st graders attempted to have fun...it didn't last long. Let me tell you how long it takes to get 40 seven year olds back into dry clothes - FOREVER.
From rain and cold
to sun and fun! Last day of school, 2nd grade here they come.
Quinn and Delaney also ended their gymnastics year at Gem State.
She's come a long way! From not letting any instructor near her, to asking for help and giving hugs. Ay yi yi this one is a challenge!
Delaney doing her thing...
We kicked off summer at the Richins with Sam and Eli!
And 4 trips to the zoo in one week to see the butterflies.
It's a special treat when Mark and Jeannine are driving the jungle tour boat!
We signed Meredith up at the last minute for a mountain biking camp. She had an super fun time and now she and Papa Gene go biking in the mornings together.
Lemonade stand season is upon us...when it's not 114 degrees outside.
Another night at the Richins, this time with special guest Summer!
This was at the Eagle Rodeo the night before we left on a 2 week road trip around the PNW.
Addison got to come with us too!
