We all survived the last 4 days without Jesse. Thats like a zillion years in Mom Time. I must say, the kids were great (with the exception of a few tantrums from a certain 2 year old). All in all we had a good time, but we are glad that Dad is home again.
Jesse was at a triple bachelor party so don't feel too sorry for him! Although he did miss his flight to Spokane on Wed. and had to detour through Cali., but that is a whole other story.
In the meantime we celebrated St. Patricks Day and Grammy Danas birthday on Thursday.
The Grandparents and I took the kids for Flatbread for dinner. The kids did great and I got wine so all was right with the world.
Delaney was on her best behavior.
Making their own pizza is a hit with the kids.
The wine cork and creepy new toy from Powells were a hit with Quinn.
When we got home we suprised Dana with lots of cake and candles.
And a new ipad. She better hide that, it might disappear...
Cousin Anna made an appeareance. Delaney was trying to keep her awake.
It's tough to be 9 weeks old.
This is Quinns favorite thing to do and Papa and Grammys.
Hide under the tablecloth.
Some of the 50 balloons Dana got at her office.
I saw the clouds part on Sat. so we rushed off to the zoo. It was a great day to be there, all the animals were very active. Especially Daddy Lion. Delaney got brave and went right up to him.
Things are going great...
This guy took a swipe at the glass and I've never seen Delaney move so fast!
I later found out the glass has been replaced several times after being cracked. Super!
Sunday dinner with Papa.
Delaney and Meredith tricked us with their popsicles. Brownies dipped in melted chocolate.
Fat free of course.
Now that Jesse has a couple guys weekends under his belt, I can't wait for my girls weekend in McCall. Watch out McCall, 10 tired Moms coming your way...
